Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kevin Gostenčnik took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remo Žužek in the 6th minute of play forced Trnovska vas FC's goalkeeper Vince RazborÅ¡ek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Trnovska vas FC's Mihael Kecelj got a free kick in the 10th minute. Remo Žužek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Trnovska vas FC's goalkeeper Vince RazborÅ¡ek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvan Bezjak. Silvan Bezjak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Vince RazborÅ¡ek made a huge save. 27 minutes into the game, Brendon ÄŒurič was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trnovska vas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Šmarje pri Jelšah FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Trnovska vas FC's Brendon ÄŒurič got a free kick in the 27th minute. Šmarje pri Jelšah FC were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Trnovska vas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Suad Naprudnik took the corner. In the 32nd minute, Šmarje pri Jelšah FC's Remo Žužek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vince RazborÅ¡ek. Vince RazborÅ¡ek yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Trnovska vas FC's Vince RazborÅ¡ek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Trnovska vas FC from getting a goal against them. Veselko Buček's late challenge caught a Šmarje pri Jelšah FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Veselko Buček helped the player get up and apologised. Veselko Buček kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Silvan Bezjak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vince RazborÅ¡ek having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Remo Žužek to make the kick off. Mihael Kecelj hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The supporters of Šmarje pri Jelšah FC booed when Trnovska vas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasjo Bertalanič didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remo Žužek in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vince RazborÅ¡ek saved Trnovska vas FC from getting behind. If Silvan Bezjak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Kevin Gostenčnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bastian Perović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalibor Mežnaršič having to interfere. Kevin Gostenčnik struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Dalibor Mežnaršič didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trnovska vas FC. Dalibor Mežnaršič showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Gostenčnik in the 64th minute of the match. Remo Žužek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Vince RazborÅ¡ek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Silvan Bezjak came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Šmarje pri Jelšah FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvan Bezjak couldn't finish the play. If Remo Žužek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Trnovska vas FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Vasjo Bertalanič hit a great ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Silvan Bezjak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Šmarje pri Jelšah FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvan Bezjak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Remo Žužek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kevin Gostenčnik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 92 minutes, Rafael Juhart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Šmarje pri Jelšah FC and the Trnovska vas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Rafael Juhart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvan Bezjak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
