Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Grad's Bore Vukićević started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bore Vukićević fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksandro Brenčič having to interfere. After some careless play in the Grad defense, Oriano Hrašar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomislav Prevoršek. The Grad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomislav Prevoršek should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Grad's Aleksandro Brenčič threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Djordjo Peterca, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tomislav Prevoršek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Antonić, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bore Vukićević in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aleksandro Brenčič saved NK Donat from getting behind. Tomislav Prevoršek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frenk Botonjić in the 23rd minute of play. Bore Vukićević succeeded in the game's 26th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Otmar Rovtar notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of NK Donat's Aleksandro Brenčič. Aleksandro Brenčič was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute, Hilarij Čamernik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frenk Botonjić blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tomislav Prevoršek having to make a save. In the 41st minute, NK Donat's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bore Vukićević fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Grad were furious when Vanja Čepon was red carded, 45 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 44th minute, one of Grad:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Grad. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for NK Donat. Rafael Antonić stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tomislav Prevoršek. 2-2.

Aleksandro Brenčič took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otmar Rovtar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grad's Tomislav Prevoršek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Antonić in the 56th minute of play. Grad's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rafael Antonić 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Djordjo Peterca during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes Grad got a freekick which was hit by Djordjo Peterca. In the 64th minute, Rafael Antonić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to NK Donat getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Oriano Hrašar hit a great ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Rafael Antonić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grad's Tomislav Prevoršek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Rafael Antonić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otmar Rovtar in the 77th minute of play forced NK Donat's goalkeeper Aleksandro Brenčič to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Grad getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Avrelio Burjak hit a great ball. The supporters of Grad booed when NK Donat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florijan Strgar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Otmar Rovtar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Aleksandro Brenčič tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomislav Prevoršek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frenk Botonjić in the 89th minute of the match. Avrelio Burjak's late challenge caught a NK Donat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Avrelio Burjak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th match minute, Grad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avrelio Burjak to maneuver through the defense. If Frenk Botonjić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When NK Donat's Rafael Antonić in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grad's goalie prevented a goal. When the match was over NK Donat could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Grad throughout the match.
