In the 7th minute, Elias Berg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl-Ove Ennegren lost his temper 11 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 12th minute, Karl-Ove Ennegren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Håverud's zone, Joakim Beckström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Kajdasz came out of the goal and Joakim Beckström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joakim Beckström in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herbert Kajdasz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Håverud's Herbert Kajdasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Beckström in the 25th minute of play. Herbert Kajdasz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Beckström, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Joakim Beckström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Herbert Kajdasz made a huge save. Joakim Beckström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Herbert Kajdasz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Herbert Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Ugla in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st match minute, Håverud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig-Åke Ekeberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute of the match, Joakim Beckström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Herbert Kajdasz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Elias Berg's late challenge caught a Tjärnåsen BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elias Berg helped the player get up and apologised.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joakim Beckström was the one to do the kick off. Tjärnåsen BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
