Torbjörn Wennerström kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes Tygelsjö FF got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Almkvist. In the 9th minute, Gogo Pelayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 13 played minutes Hunters got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Erik Torstensson. In the 15th minute, Viggo Karlstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Mellin in the 16th minute of play forced Hunters's goalkeeper Verner Jansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tygelsjö FF's zone, Ivar Norberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvard Fagerberg came out of the goal and Ivar Norberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kenny Ekenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvard Fagerberg having to interfere. If Kenny Ekenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kenny Ekenberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edvard Fagerberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kenny Ekenberg ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Tygelsjö FF's zone, Tom Eichler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvard Fagerberg came out of the goal and Tom Eichler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tygelsjö FF's Edvard Fagerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Erik Torstensson in the 29th minute of play. Hunters's Verner Jansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Hunters from getting a goal against them. If Tom Eichler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Kenny Ekenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st minute Börge Hegg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Verner Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hunters's Verner Jansson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Hunters from getting a goal against them. After 44 minutes, Georg Bank mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tygelsjö FF and the Hunters players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hunters booed when Tygelsjö FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Bank didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Börge Hegg to strike the kick off in the second half. Verner Jansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Sundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 58th minute, Georg Bank ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Verner Jansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some careless play in the Hunters defense, Börge Hegg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Verner Jansson. The Hunters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Verner Jansson should have stopped the shot. Verner Jansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Bank in the 64th minute of play. After having played for 66 minutes, Sven-Oskar Sundin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tygelsjö FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Oskar Sundin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Tygelsjö FF's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Eichler came free, but Edvard Fagerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hunters's Kenny Ekenberg got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nils-Erik Torstensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Edvard Fagerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hunters's Verner Jansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Oskar Sundin in the 78th minute of play.
