Jonny Dahlberg started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Nittorp BK getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Aleksander Gustafsson hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the match, Karl-Magnus Fagrell notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Skellefteå's Urban Rang. Urban Rang was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Urban Rang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludvig Deckberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jon Alfors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Dahlberg in the 13th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rickard Waller during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Rickard Waller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Jonny Dahlberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jon Alfors. The goal made the score 1-1. Urban Rang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludvig Deckberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Jonny Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 42 minutes into the match, Skellefteå's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Magnus Fagrell came free, but Urban Rang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Magnus Fagrell in the 46th minute of play forced Skellefteå's goalkeeper Urban Rang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Magnus Fagrell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gösta Björnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urban Rang having to interfere. Skellefteå's Urban Rang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Magnus Fagrell in the 60th minute of play. Urban Fransson kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Magne Martinsson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Urban Rang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Magnus Fagrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Nittorp BK's goal looked a bit too open when Jonny Dahlberg came free, but Jon Alfors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Magnus Fagrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Rickard Waller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Magnus Fagrell in the 93rd minute of play forced Skellefteå's goalkeeper Urban Rang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th match minute, Skellefteå was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Dahlberg to maneuver through the defense.
