Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Kopite Academy's Fritz Ahlkvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Einar Åkesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Ödmann having to interfere. Douglas Ödmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Einar Åkesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Roy Linquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ian Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Osvald Willig fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kopite Academy's protests and gave Osvald Willig a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, Kopite Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvald Willig to maneuver through the defense. Jimmie Giöck, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ian Gustafsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Douglas Ödmann having to make a save. Edwin Söderström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fritz Ahlkvist in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Villiam Forsman saved IF Elfsborg from getting behind. Douglas Ödmann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Einar Åkesson's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Joar Sandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. IF Elfsborg's Jimmie Giöck couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 36th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kopite Academy. After 41 minutes, Luis Shepherd made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Kopite Academy's Douglas Ödmann tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kopite Academy's Douglas Ödmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Einar Åkesson in the 44th minute of play. Douglas Ödmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute.

The wind increased when Einar Åkesson made the kick off in the second half. IF Elfsborg's Villiam Forsman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Ekberg in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute of the match Kopite Academy got a corner. IF Elfsborg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Karl-Axel Berg ran over to the corner to take the kick. 57 minutes into the match, Kopite Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Einar Åkesson came free, but Douglas Ödmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Ödmann made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Ian Gustafsson sent off a good shot on target. Villiam Forsman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fritz Ahlkvist in the 62nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Kopite Academy's Douglas Ödmann got control of the ball when Ian Gustafsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Kopite Academy getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Osvald Willig hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Einar Åkesson in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Ödmann saved Kopite Academy from getting behind. If Ian Gustafsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kopite Academy getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Joar Sandberg hit a great ball. IF Elfsborg made a substitution. Sverker Åkesson replaced Ian Gustafsson. After 84 played minutes Kopite Academy got a freekick which was hit by Joar Sandberg. It was beautiful to see IF Elfsborg's Anibal Celino in action when he in the 86th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! With a little luck, Kopite Academy's Douglas Ödmann got control of the ball when Sverker Åkesson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 94 played minutes Kopite Academy got a freekick which was hit by Roy Linquist. IF Elfsborg's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
