Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Olov Allbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jörgen Julin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Olympia's Jörgen Julin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Sjöberg in the 5th minute of play. Olov Allbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Jörgen Julin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jörgen Julin came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Ljungby's Olov Allbom. But to his dismay, Olov Allbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 11th match minute, Ljungby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Lundin to maneuver through the defense. Olov Allbom took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jörgen Julin. Jörgen Julin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Tobias Jonsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ljungby's Fredrik Skark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Firman Vera in the 20th minute of play. Philip Bratt hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Ljungby defense, Tobias Jonsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fredrik Skark. The Ljungby fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fredrik Skark should have stopped the shot. In the 33rd minute, Kristian Bremming hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, FC Olympia's Jörgen Julin got control of the ball when Olov Allbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andy Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Olympia's Jörgen Julin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save FC Olympia from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olov Allbom got free with Jörgen Julin in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, FC Olympia's Jörgen Julin got control of the ball when Olov Allbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fredrik Skark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Jonsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andy Sjöberg made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olov Allbom in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jörgen Julin saved FC Olympia from getting behind. Philip Bratt kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Jörgen Julin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Ålberg in the 60th minute of play. Jörgen Julin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andy Sjöberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Ljungby's Fredrik Skark got control of the ball when Firman Vera tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 70 minutes, Magnus Lundin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ljungby and the FC Olympia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th minute, Magnus Lundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute of the match FC Olympia got a corner. Ljungby's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kristian Bremming ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC Olympia's Kristian Bremming was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fredrik Skark in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Andy Sjöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Julin having to interfere. Ljungby's Fredrik Skark proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Ljungby from getting a goal against them. A collision led to FC Olympia getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Philip Bratt hit a great ball. Tobias Jonsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Ljungby were victorious despite being under pressure from FC Olympia for much of the match.
