In the 5th minute, Bengt Andreasson fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jesper Lundgren, passed just outside the right post. Jesper Lundgren acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 6th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Charles Alberg. Grusvägen AB's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Torsten Öberg 7 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Alstermo FF's goal looked a bit too open when Kasper Jönsson came free, but Todor Mashev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alstermo FF's Todor Mashev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Jönsson in the 11th minute of play. Bengt Andreasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jesper Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kasper Jönsson took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Todor Mashev. Todor Mashev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 21st minute Kasper Jönsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Todor Mashev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bengt Andreasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jesper Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilhelm Wiklund charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilhelm Wiklund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wilhelm Wiklund kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. A collision led to Alstermo FF getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Mieszko Sienkowski hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Östen Lindqvist in the 34th minute of play forced Alstermo FF's goalkeeper Todor Mashev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Grusvägen AB's zone, Bernt Fristedt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesper Lundgren came out of the goal and Bernt Fristedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Todor Mashev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kasper Jönsson in the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Grusvägen AB's goalkeeper Jesper Lundgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Östen Lindqvist made a precise shot to the right of Todor Mashev. Alstermo FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Östen Lindqvist made the kick off in the second half. Kasper Jönsson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Todor Mashev skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Todor Mashev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertil Ålberg in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 71st minute, one of Grusvägen AB:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Grusvägen AB. Bengt Andreasson shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kasper Jönsson got free with Todor Mashev in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 78th minute, Bernt Fristedt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alstermo FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 83 minutes into the match, Alstermo FF's goalkeeper Todor Mashev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kasper Jönsson. When Torsten Öberg fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alstermo FF's protests and gave Torsten Öberg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Grusvägen AB booed when Alstermo FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Öberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Wilhelm Wiklund was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. The supporters of Alstermo FF booed when Grusvägen AB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilhelm Wiklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt Andreasson struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Jesper Lundgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alstermo FF. Todor Mashev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kasper Jönsson in the 89th minute. Todor Mashev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Ålberg in the 90th minute of play. Alstermo FF's Bernt Fristedt got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Grusvägen AB getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Bertil Ålberg hit a great ball.
