In the 13th match minute, Stjärnhov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Morat to maneuver through the defense. Arvin Kellbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Yngve Stenström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Snesudden BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Arvin Kellbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yngve Stenström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lars-Erik Täman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Brander having to interfere. If Evert Morat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Snesudden BK's Roger Brander got control of the ball when Gustav Almqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Morat in the 64th minute of play forced Snesudden BK's goalkeeper Roger Brander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arvin Kellbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Stjärnhov eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
