Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Krister Smed kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Niklas Valler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tage Beckeman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 7th minute, Wernamo F.C's Krister Smed dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Norrköping FF's Tage Beckeman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Norrköping FF from getting a goal against them. Krister Smed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sonny Emander fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Norrköping FF's protests and gave Sonny Emander a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wernamo F.C booed when Norrköping FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sonny Emander didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alf Utter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Albin Kjellbom made a precise shot to the right of Tony Wenerdahl. Wernamo F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. During the 24th minute of the match Sonny Emander completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sonny Emander a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Sonny Emander hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Norrköping FF's Tage Beckeman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krister Smed in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Norrköping FF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joakim Nykvist was slow to take the kick. During this time Wernamo F.C's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Joakim Nykvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tage Beckeman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Niklas Valler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Krister Smed came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Wernamo F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krister Smed couldn't finish the play. Niklas Valler struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Tage Beckeman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wernamo F.C. Tony Wenerdahl came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Norrköping FF's Albin Kjellbom. But to his dismay, Albin Kjellbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albin Kjellbom to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Niklas Valler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Krister Smed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Tage Beckeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Krister Smed came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Wernamo F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krister Smed couldn't finish the play. Alf Utter kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Krister Smed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Krister Smed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Tage Beckeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Krister Smed scored 4-2 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tage Beckeman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th minute Niklas Valler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tage Beckeman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Krister Smed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Krister Smed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tage Beckeman having to interfere. 100 minutes into the game, Alf Utter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norrköping FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wernamo F.C the free kick.
