In the 31st minute Zebastian Björling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yngve Duset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Bendtner FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Askberg came free, but Erling Brun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig-Arne Hybbert took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yngve Duset. Yngve Duset dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 43rd minute Vilhelm Askberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erling Brun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Kjell Ekblom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alafors's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell Ekblom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erling Brun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Vilhelm Askberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. Alafors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell Ekblom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Kjell Ekblom came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Alafors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kjell Ekblom couldn't finish the play. Erling Brun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Askberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bendtner FC's goalkeeper Erling Brun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zebastian Björling scored 3-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yngve Duset, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alafors's Yngve Duset played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zebastian Björling in the 82nd minute of play.
