Göran Högberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Ahlström having to interfere. 4 minutes into the game, Torsten Klemensson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. call of david's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bastuträsk RK the free kick. Torsten Klemensson hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Göran Högberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Allan Ahlström having to make a save. 8 minutes into the game, Richard Nyström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. call of david's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bastuträsk RK the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in call of david fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 9 minutes, Bastuträsk RK's Ingemar Lustig got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Allan Ahlström. Sverker Näver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Ahlström having to interfere. Allan Ahlström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Eriksson in the 14th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bastuträsk RK's zone, Gilbert Österberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pär Ålberg came out of the goal and Gilbert Österberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rickard Elg in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pär Ålberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Eriksson in the 27th minute of play forced call of david's goalkeeper Allan Ahlström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Allan Ahlström made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Göran Högberg sent off a good shot on target. Karl Falk hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. When call of david's Rickard Elg, in the 38th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for call of david. call of david's Allan Ahlström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save call of david from getting a goal against them. 44 minutes into the game, Rickard Elg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Pär Ålberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rickard Elg to strike the kick off in the second half. Isac Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Allan Ahlström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Göran Högberg's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Allan Ahlström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Eriksson in the 57th minute of play. Pär Ålberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Elg in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Isac Eriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl Falk kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rickard Elg in the 68th minute of play forced Bastuträsk RK's goalkeeper Pär Ålberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Eriksson in the 71st minute of play forced call of david's goalkeeper Allan Ahlström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isac Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Ahlström having to interfere. If Isac Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göran Högberg in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Allan Ahlström saved call of david from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Bastuträsk RK's zone, Rickard Elg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pär Ålberg came out of the goal and Rickard Elg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the match, Bastuträsk RK's Göran Högberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Allan Ahlström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Göran Högberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bastuträsk RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Göran Högberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Allan Ahlström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
