Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Morgan Lundström took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 minutes, Börje Fagerberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Käringön IF and the GREITUKAI players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Käringön IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Fagerberg to maneuver through the defense. If Erik Sävström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Morgan Lundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Pål Simonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erik Sävström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pål Simonsson having to interfere. Pål Simonsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Sävström in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes Käringön IF got a freekick which was hit by Börje Fagerberg. If Alex Skålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 33 minutes into the match, GREITUKAI's goal looked a bit too open when Malte Eklund came free, but Dick Olenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Morgan Lundström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pål Simonsson. Morgan Lundström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Malte Eklund was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morgan Lundström in the 53rd minute of play forced Käringön IF's goalkeeper Pål Simonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Dick Olenberg managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Käringön IF's Alex Skålberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Morgan Sundberg kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Alex Edström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute Morgan Lundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pål Simonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 played minutes Käringön IF got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Klint. Christian Haraldsson charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Haraldsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Käringön IF's Malte Eklund got a free kick in the 64th minute. With a little luck, GREITUKAI's Dick Olenberg got control of the ball when Alex Skålberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Malte Eklund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dick Olenberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Malte Eklund slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute, GREITUKAI's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Malte Eklund fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. GREITUKAI's Dick Olenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malte Eklund in the 81st minute of play. Alex Skålberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dick Olenberg having to interfere. After 90 played minutes, Käringön IF's Alex Edström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dick Olenberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Käringön IF reached it. Malte Eklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dick Olenberg having to interfere. When Erik Sävström came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the GREITUKAI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Sävström couldn't finish the play.
