Carter Sorrentino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Näfver, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Carter Sorrentino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Västerstrand in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Västerstrand in the 21st minute of play forced Bockstensmännen BK's goalkeeper Carter Sorrentino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Andreas Brandin took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Vitus Uhl to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Näfver in the 32nd minute of play forced Bockstensmännen BK's goalkeeper Carter Sorrentino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Hans Näfver put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Carter Sorrentino. With a little luck, Helgum's Vitus Uhl got control of the ball when Aleksander Paulin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carter Sorrentino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Näfver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carter Sorrentino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Västerstrand in the 41st minute of play. If Andreas Brandin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hans Näfver to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Bockstensmännen BK's Dan Borre got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the game, Mikael Västerstrand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Helgum's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bockstensmännen BK the free kick. In the 56th minute, Mikael Västerstrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malcolm Tidéksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Vitus Uhl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Bockstensmännen BK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mikael Västerstrand fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 72 minutes into the match, Bockstensmännen BK's goalkeeper Carter Sorrentino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikael Västerstrand. A sloppy throw-in by Henrik Martinsson in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Bockstensmännen BK's Malcolm Björklund. After some careless play in the Bockstensmännen BK defense, Hans Näfver kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carter Sorrentino. The Bockstensmännen BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carter Sorrentino should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Bockstensmännen BK's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Näfver came free, but Carter Sorrentino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hans Näfver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
