David Ekström had several of the Fagervik RK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 12 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Jakob Axelsson as he didn't even see the shot coming. Jakob Axelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Ekström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Ekström in the 23rd minute of play forced Fagervik RK's goalkeeper Jakob Axelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when David Ekström made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Sonny Dalberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Drake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 58 minutes, Stefan Hägglund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fagervik RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Hägglund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fagervik RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Balder the free kick. After 66 played minutes Fagervik RK got a freekick which was hit by Robert Arhenius. Jakob Axelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Ekström in the 67th minute of play. The FC Balder fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when FC Balder's Christer Frisk looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. FC Balder's Ivar Drake proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Balder from getting a goal against them.
