Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nils Bolin started the match with the kick off. Sebastian Sikström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Lars Alströmer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Lidhult getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Jon Vibjörnsson hit a great ball. Saxdalen's Ingemar Classon couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lidhult. When Ernst Bergren fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saxdalen's protests and gave Ernst Bergren a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Saxdalen's Ernst Bergren got a free kick in the 9th minute. Nils Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudolf Hamberg in the 10th minute of the match. Nils Bolin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjell Finnman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 19th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Rudolf Hamberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Mårtensson having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Rudolf Hamberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Saxdalen's Sebastian Sikström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lars Alströmer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Saxdalen booed when Lidhult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. He walked away shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Kjell Finnman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Alströmer was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kjell Finnman in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lars Alströmer saved Lidhult from getting behind. Bo Stenkvist's late challenge caught a Saxdalen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bo Stenkvist helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Saxdalen booed when Lidhult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Stenkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 minutes of play, Lidhult's Nils Bolin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils Mårtensson was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Nils Mårtensson came out of the goal and Rudolf Hamberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 80th minute of the match Ernst Bergren completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ernst Bergren a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When Vilhelm Petersson came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Saxdalen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilhelm Petersson couldn't finish the play. After 99 played minutes, Lidhult's Olov Kruuse shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nils Mårtensson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lidhult reached it. The Saxdalen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lidhult were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
