In the 8th minute Charles Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Siggman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Rickard Palm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sunnemo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Båstad RK the free kick. In the 15th match minute, Sunnemo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickard Palm to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute Jens-Ola Brolin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Siggman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rickard Palm was shown his second yellow card after 29 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Sunnemo getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rickard Palm hit a great ball. Charles Henriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hannes Siggman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Charles Henriksson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hannes Siggman. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 38th minute, Patric Wik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jens-Ola Brolin kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of Båstad RK booed when Sunnemo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patric Wik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sunnemo's Hannes Siggman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Sunnemo from getting a goal against them.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Beniamin Byczewski made a kick off. Hannes Siggman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Henriksson in the 52nd minute of the match. Stefan Bennet kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. If Charles Henriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Charles Henriksson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hannes Siggman. Sunnemo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Charles Henriksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Per-Erik Ekrot came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ulf Biörk could save by the left post. In the 70th minute Sunnemo were awarded a corner. Bo Käcker went to the cornerflag to take it. Sunnemo's Bo Käcker was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ulf Biörk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 71 minutes into the game, Charles Henriksson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Båstad RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sunnemo the free kick. In the 71st minute, Charles Henriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 played minutes Båstad RK got a freekick which was hit by Patric Skog. Beniamin Byczewski's late challenge caught a Båstad RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beniamin Byczewski helped the player get up and apologised. 82 minutes into the match, Charles Henriksson notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Sunnemo's Hannes Siggman. Hannes Siggman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Rickard Östlund fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Båstad RK's protests and gave Rickard Östlund a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sunnemo booed when Båstad RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rickard Östlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ola Brolin in the 87th minute of play forced Sunnemo's goalkeeper Hannes Siggman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes Sunnemo got a freekick which was hit by Bo Käcker. If Nils-Erik Gallberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gunnar Stigsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Hannes Siggman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sunnemo's goalkeeper Hannes Siggman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hannes Siggman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Erik Gallberg in the 94th minute of the match. Nils-Erik Gallberg scored 4-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hannes Siggman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Båstad RK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
