Arne Strömberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Norberg in the 17th minute of play. Bengt Sandberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Alrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Jan-Erik Malmström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Olof Wennerlund took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bengt Sandberg. Kvibille's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 23rd minute Ingvar Alrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Sandberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernt Norberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Arne Strömberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Martin Berglund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kvibille's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Berglund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arne Strömberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernt Norberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Arne Strömberg made a huge save. The supporters of Kvibille booed when FC Brunket was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Deckbergh didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Brunket's Arne Strömberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Berglund in the 32nd minute of play. The wind increased when Martin Berglund made the kick off in the second half. Bengt Sandberg made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Stig-Ove Törnblom sent off a good shot on target. Bernt Norberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arne Strömberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernt Norberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Martin Berglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernt Norberg in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arne Strömberg saved FC Brunket from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Bernt Norberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kvibille's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernt Norberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Strömberg having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Bengt Bammerman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Strömberg came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Kvibille's Martin Berglund. But to his dismay, Martin Berglund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Kvibille's zone, Ingvar Alrot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt Sandberg came out of the goal and Ingvar Alrot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Palmkvist hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Kvibille players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
