Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Holger Vallman got the match started through his kick off. Laxå's Kjell-Arne Lindblom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Laxå from getting a goal against them. 4 minutes into the match, Hageby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Vallman came free, but Reine Lindqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Holger Vallman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reine Lindqvist was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. After 13 played minutes Hageby IF got a freekick which was hit by Håkan Ahlstedt. Holger Vallman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reine Lindqvist having to interfere. Birger Ånger hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Reine Lindqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Andreasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reine Lindqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Andreasson in the 26th minute of the match. Björn Olenberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hageby IF's goalkeeper Reine Lindqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hageby IF's Reine Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holger Vallman in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Bengt Termander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Laxå's Simon Andreasson in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hageby IF's goalie prevented a goal. Reine Lindqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Vallman in the 42nd minute of the match. Holger Vallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dennis Kjellqvist made a kick off. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hageby IF's goalkeeper Reine Lindqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Simon Andreasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Reine Lindqvist made a huge save. After 64 minutes of play, Laxå's Holger Vallman made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reine Lindqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Reine Lindqvist stood somewhat misplaced when Holger Vallman came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 67 minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Simon Andreasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laxå's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Andreasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reine Lindqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Holger Vallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Andreasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Reine Lindqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Björn Olenberg's late challenge caught a Laxå's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Björn Olenberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th match minute, Hageby IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn Olenberg to maneuver through the defense. Hageby IF's Reine Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holger Vallman in the 78th minute of play. Holger Vallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 82 played minutes Laxå got a freekick which was hit by Holger Vallman. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Holger Vallman in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reine Lindqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isak Brun's late challenge caught a Laxå's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isak Brun helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Holger Vallman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laxå's supporters rose to their feet, but Holger Vallman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reine Lindqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Laxå booed when Hageby IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Anundsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Andreasson might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reine Lindqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Simon Andreasson ran back to his position shaking his head. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Laxå walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
