Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the game, Hortlax's Henric Kjellkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Casper Ahlroth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Själevad FF defense, Gösta Palmquist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casper Ahlroth. The Själevad FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casper Ahlroth should have stopped the shot. In the 14th minute, Robert Tinglöf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gösta Palmquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Själevad FF's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Palmquist came free, but Casper Ahlroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Palmquist in the 23rd minute of play forced Själevad FF's goalkeeper Casper Ahlroth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Själevad FF's zone, Henric Kjellkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Ahlroth came out of the goal and Henric Kjellkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Henric Kjellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edmund Strömberg came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Själevad FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmund Strömberg couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the match, Själevad FF's Karl Siggman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobias Asserlind narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Edmund Strömberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Själevad FF's Herman Isaksson got a free kick in the 35th minute. Edmund Strömberg in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tobias Asserlind, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Casper Ahlroth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Kjellkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arman Colin charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arman Colin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Hortlax getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Arman Colin hit a great ball. If Karl Siggman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eric Fredriksson during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th minute, Eric Fredriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Henric Kjellkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Casper Ahlroth made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Henric Kjellkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hortlax's supporters rose to their feet, but Henric Kjellkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Ahlroth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henric Kjellkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobias Asserlind came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Själevad FF's Karl Siggman. But to his dismay, Karl Siggman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Edmund Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Asserlind having to interfere. Casper Ahlroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Palmquist in the 65th minute of play. Henric Kjellkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Casper Ahlroth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Hortlax's Gösta Palmquist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Casper Ahlroth. That made the score 1-3 after 71 minutes of play. In the 74th minute Karl Siggman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Asserlind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Själevad FF booed when Hortlax was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arman Colin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arman Colin hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Edmund Strömberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Asserlind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th play minute Henric Kjellkvist came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Casper Ahlroth. 1-4. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hortlax's goalkeeper Tobias Asserlind, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 97 minutes into the match, Själevad FF's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Palmquist came free, but Casper Ahlroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hortlax eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
