Sven-Erik Kihlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Wennerqvist having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Erik Kihlberg in the 16th minute of play forced Smutstvätt IF's goalkeeper Thomas Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Wennerqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grigoris Mouratis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fred Dahlquist fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Smutstvätt IF's protests and gave Fred Dahlquist a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Smutstvätt IF getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Fred Dahlquist hit a great ball. Sven-Erik Kihlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sven-Erik Kihlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Erik Kihlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Erik Kihlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sven-Erik Kihlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Thomas Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Åkesson in the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Smutstvätt IF's Jens Carlsson got a free kick in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the match, Smutstvätt IF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Erik Kihlberg came free, but Thomas Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Skorped's Sven-Erik Kihlberg got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Sven-Erik Kihlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Smutstvätt IF's zone, Grigoris Mouratis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Wennerqvist came out of the goal and Grigoris Mouratis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 40 played minutes Smutstvätt IF got a freekick which was hit by Jens Carlsson. When Leif Hansson came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Skorped fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Hansson couldn't finish the play. Smutstvätt IF's Thomas Wennerqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Erik Kihlberg in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven-Erik Kihlberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Benjamin Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Verner Lundgren kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Smutstvätt IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamin Åkesson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thomas Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Milio in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Skorped's Sven-Erik Kihlberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Thomas Wennerqvist didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Skorped's Grigoris Mouratis shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Thomas Wennerqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Erik Kihlberg in the 79th minute of play. Benjamin Åkesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Wennerqvist having to interfere. After 95 minutes, Jens Carlsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Smutstvätt IF and the Skorped players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Skorped booed when Smutstvätt IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens Carlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven-Erik Kihlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Wennerqvist having to interfere. Skorped's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
