Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herman Lundkvist in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Wennerqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Lundkvist in the 20th minute of play forced Smutstvätt IF's goalkeeper Thomas Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes Smutstvätt IF got a freekick which was hit by Jens Carlsson. After a defensive mix-up in Smutstvätt IF's zone, Karl-Oskar Lingren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Wennerqvist came out of the goal and Karl-Oskar Lingren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herman Lundkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Wennerqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herman Lundkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. Karl-Oskar Lingren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Wennerqvist having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Smutstvätt IF's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Lundkvist came free, but Thomas Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thomas Wennerqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herman Lundkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herman Lundkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fred Dahlquist fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 41st minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. 44 minutes into the match, Smutstvätt IF's goalkeeper Thomas Wennerqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herman Lundkvist. Karl-Oskar Lingren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herman Lundkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jens Carlsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Thomas Wennerqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herman Lundkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Manfred Kleen fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HanneskiFC's protests and gave Manfred Kleen a yellow card for diving instead. Manfred Kleen kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. When HanneskiFC's Herman Lundkvist in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jens-Erik Fredriksson hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Pontus Barck made a precise shot to the right of Thomas Wennerqvist. Smutstvätt IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After having played for 93 minutes, Karl-Oskar Lingren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HanneskiFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Oskar Lingren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thomas Wennerqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herman Lundkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herman Lundkvist in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Wennerqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
