Valdemar Giöck came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ted Hjortberg could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Tallheden's Edmund Björkman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ted Hjortberg. That made the score 2-0 after 14 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerico Ramis in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingemar Sandberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Valdemar Giöck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josef Karlsson hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 30 minutes bk malmo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Albert Söderström who took care of the corner kick. bk malmo's Ted Hjortberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Björkman in the 37th minute of play. Ted Hjortberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Lövkvist in the 39th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Valdemar Giöck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ted Hjortberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Lövkvist in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jerico Ramis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ted Hjortberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar Giöck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the game, Erik Vik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tallheden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave bk malmo the free kick. Erik Vik hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Ted Hjortberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Lövkvist in the 61st minute of play. When Jim Öman fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored bk malmo's protests and gave Jim Öman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Valdemar Giöck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Giöck in the 70th minute of play forced bk malmo's goalkeeper Ted Hjortberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ted Hjortberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar Giöck in the 73rd minute of the match. Valdemar Giöck took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ted Hjortberg. Ted Hjortberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 80 minutes into the match, Tallheden's goalkeeper Ingemar Sandberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerico Ramis. 84 minutes into the match, bk malmo's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Giöck came free, but Ted Hjortberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, bk malmo's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Giöck came free, but Ted Hjortberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
