After 11 minutes, Erik Sundberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hokkaido Wolves and the DalKurd players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erik Sundberg hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute of the match, Joseph Näfver got a very nice opportunity to score, but Max Nyberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Hokkaido Wolves's Max Nyberg got control of the ball when Joseph Näfver tried to sneak it across the goal line. Måns Gadd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute Kjell Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Bergström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Johan Eskilsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but William Bergström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. William Bergström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Blom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Måns Gadd received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Max Nyberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Måns Gadd slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 36th minute. Hokkaido Wolves's Kjell Blom got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Måns Gadd to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Måns Gadd's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Max Nyberg was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Måns Gadd put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Max Nyberg. After 67 played minutes Hokkaido Wolves got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Ström. Måns Gadd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Måns Gadd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Max Nyberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 played minutes, DalKurd's Jimmy Kvalfält shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Max Nyberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in DalKurd reached it. In the 83rd match minute, DalKurd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joar Arenius to maneuver through the defense. When Kjell Blom, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 84 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The William Bergström was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Måns Gadd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Nyberg having to interfere. Måns Gadd scored 6-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Max Nyberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th match minute, DalKurd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henning Fors to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the DalKurd players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
