Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Beddingestrand BF's Anton Koch started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute of the match Jakob Hammarström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gunnar Ström skillfully saved the ball. In the 4th minute, Jon Tham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute, Linus Tidéksson made a precise shot to the right of Gunnar Ström. Åsunden's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 10th match minute, Åsunden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giray Alkın to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Åsunden's zone, Anton Koch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Ström came out of the goal and Anton Koch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Åsunden getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Walter Giliusson hit a great ball. In the 14th match minute, Åsunden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Giliusson to maneuver through the defense. Åsunden's Gunnar Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Koch in the 15th minute of play. Jens-Åke Borre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arman Joensson in the 16th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jon Tham's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens-Åke Borre was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Åsunden's Walter Giliusson got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 26th minute, Jakob Hammarström sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Åsunden's Gunnar Ström didn't even have to move. In the 31st minute, Arman Joensson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 40th minute Linus Tidéksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Allan Allbom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åsunden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allan Allbom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Beddingestrand BF's Jens-Åke Borre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Beddingestrand BF from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jon Tham made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Jon Tham cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jens-Åke Borre was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Beddingestrand BF's zone, Jon Tham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Åke Borre came out of the goal and Jon Tham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Arman Joensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beddingestrand BF's Jens-Åke Borre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Gunnar Ström managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Beddingestrand BF's Gösta Brovall fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Åsunden getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Walter Giliusson hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Jon Tham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsunden's supporters rose to their feet, but Jon Tham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jens-Åke Borre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jens-Åke Borre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arman Joensson in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Walter Giliusson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beddingestrand BF's Jens-Åke Borre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Tham in the 87th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jon Tham's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens-Åke Borre was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Jens-Åke Borre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jon Tham's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. After 95 played minutes, Åsunden's Frans Sellberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jens-Åke Borre came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Åsunden reached it. Åsunden's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
