Karl-Michael Ekenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Åke Backlund having to interfere. When Karl-Michael Ekenberg came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the OnlyOneWinner fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Michael Ekenberg couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Hubert Klompe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Samuel Olofsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Malte Adelsköld made a huge save. If Karl-Michael Ekenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Johannes Nyström notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Leicester City Football C's Jens-Åke Backlund. Jens-Åke Backlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Johannes Nyström might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens-Åke Backlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johannes Nyström ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, OnlyOneWinner's goal looked a bit too open when Filiph Rudkvist came free, but Malte Adelsköld reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rdth minute of the game Johannes Nyström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leicester City Football C's Jens-Åke Backlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Ekenberg in the 38th minute of play forced Leicester City Football C's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Backlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half OnlyOneWinner were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Leicester City Football C booed when OnlyOneWinner was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Erserman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernt Brandt charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernt Brandt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Eddie Lind fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leicester City Football C's protests and gave Eddie Lind a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, OnlyOneWinner got a penalty, and Johannes Nyström placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Karl-Michael Ekenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thor Ekegren kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute of the match Eddie Lind shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Malte Adelsköld showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Olofsson in the 92nd minute of play forced OnlyOneWinner's goalkeeper Malte Adelsköld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 played minutes OnlyOneWinner got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Brandt. 95 minutes into the match, OnlyOneWinner's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Olofsson came free, but Malte Adelsköld reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
