An unexpectedly hard shot by Markus Bruhn in the 8th minute of play forced Viggbyholms IK's goalkeeper Mattias Nilsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 12th minute by Olle Vesterberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When BK Grönvita Krigare's Markus Bruhn in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Viggbyholms IK's goalie prevented a goal. Mattias Nilsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Ekelund in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, BK Grönvita Krigare's Albert Påk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mattias Nilsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mattias Nilsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georg Ekelund in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Bertil Gernberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BK Grönvita Krigare fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 34th minute Albert Påk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Nilsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mattias Nilsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Ekelund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Viggbyholms IK's Sven-Erik Stensson got a free kick in the 37th minute. Georg Ekelund took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mattias Nilsson. Mattias Nilsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Viggbyholms IK's Mattias Nilsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Ekelund in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karl Nyström made a kick off. In the 54th minute Markus Bruhn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Nilsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Georg Ekelund got free with Mattias Nilsson in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as BK Grönvita Krigare's Georg Ekelund slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mattias Nilsson. That made the score 0-4 after 58 minutes of play. In the 63rd minute, Georg Ekelund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mattias Nilsson. The goal made the score 0-5. Andréas Olsson's late challenge caught a Viggbyholms IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mattias Nilsson came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Grönvita Krigare's Georg Ekelund. But to his dismay, Georg Ekelund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The supporters of BK Grönvita Krigare booed when Viggbyholms IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olle Vesterberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Viggbyholms IK defense, Georg Ekelund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mattias Nilsson. The Viggbyholms IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mattias Nilsson should have stopped the shot. Mattias Nilsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markus Bruhn in the 84th minute of play. Mattias Nilsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Markus Bruhn in the 86th minute of the match. A very good chance. BK Grönvita Krigare's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
