Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Rutger Ekerot started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Felix Malm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thor Åkesson. Kungsäter FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Malm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thor Åkesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Nilsson in the 10th minute of play. Jan-Åke Josefsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Johnny Bagge in the 21st minute. Egil Eriksson took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thor Åkesson. Thor Åkesson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Gert Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th of the match, Rutger Ekerot tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Jan-Åke Josefsson got in the way and made a wonderful save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Egil Eriksson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Svante Johnsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan-Åke Josefsson skillfully saved the ball. Felix Malm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thor Åkesson having to interfere. Peter Myr was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 61st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rutger Ekerot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Kungsäter FK's goalkeeper Thor Åkesson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Malm. In the 81st minute Egil Eriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thor Åkesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peter Myr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Åke Josefsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. If Felix Malm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 94th minute, Gullholmen FK's Egil Eriksson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thor Åkesson. Thor Åkesson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Gullholmen FK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
