Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tornado TL's Sivert Svensson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Tornado TL got a freekick which was hit by Sivert Svensson. In the 6th match minute, Tornado TL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Frøshaug to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sivert Svensson in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Åke Lingren saved Edsbruk from getting behind. Karl-Oskar Vennerkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edsbruk's Åke Lingren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Edsbruk from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Edsbruk's Ingvar Lustig got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Åke Lingren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stig-Ove Kvarnström in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Alf Svanér managed to get in a good position for a shot. Edsbruk's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Svanér was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lars Alströmmer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Edsbruk booed when Tornado TL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Frøshaug didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Sivert Svensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edsbruk's Björn Haeger pulled a muscle in his back after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 46 minutes into the game, Stig-Ove Kvarnström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tornado TL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Edsbruk the free kick. Edsbruk's Leonardo Blom was substituted for Björn Haeger. Stig-Ove Kvarnström hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, Edsbruk's Alexander Dahlberg got a free kick in the 55th minute. Åke Lingren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Ove Kvarnström in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Stig-Ove Kvarnström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Åke Lingren was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 69th minute Stig-Ove Kvarnström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Lingren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Alströmmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joar Martinsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sivert Svensson kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Åke Lingren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Ove Kvarnström in the 97th minute of play. In the 99th minute, Stig-Ove Kvarnström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Åke Lingren was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.
