Bo Berg came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by PANELLINIOS IF's Jesper Sundberg. But to his dismay, Jesper Sundberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tommy Valler in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bo Berg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bo Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Valler in the 10th minute of the match. Bo Berg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesper Sundberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesper Sundberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Bo Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesper Sundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Berg having to interfere. A collision led to Filippinernas IF getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Pelle Tönnberg hit a great ball. Bo Berg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Valler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tommy Valler in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bo Berg saved Filippinernas IF from getting behind. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Jesper Sundberg sped through Filippinernas IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bo Berg. In the 47th minute, Filippinernas IF's Anton Jonsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After the first half PANELLINIOS IF were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tommy Valler made the kick off in the second half. Bo Berg was a little too slow when Tommy Valler got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 1-3. Bo Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesper Sundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Tommy Valler came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bo Berg could save by the left post. Jesper Sundberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bo Berg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. PANELLINIOS IF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
