In the 16th minute, Per-Erik Forss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Bjästa FK defense, Filip Lindström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Bergqvist. The Bjästa FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Bergqvist should have stopped the shot. Filip Lindström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Fjälkinge BF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bjästa FK:s goal. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Melker Hansson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Filip Lindström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Thomas Bergqvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Filip Lindström slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 34th minute. After 40 played minutes Fjälkinge BF got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Abreu. Fjälkinge BF's Valter Gregersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isak Löfgren in the 41st minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Fjälkinge BF's Melker Hansson in the 42nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Thomas Bergqvist was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Bjästa FK through an amazing save. Thomas Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Hansson in the 46th minute of the match. When Filip Lindström came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Fjälkinge BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Lindström couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filip Lindström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Melker Hansson fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fjälkinge BF's protests and gave Melker Hansson a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes Fjälkinge BF got a freekick which was hit by Melker Hansson. Melker Hansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Bergqvist having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Bjästa FK's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Lindström came free, but Thomas Bergqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Per-Erik Forss was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. The supporters of Fjälkinge BF booed when Bjästa FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Sundström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valter Gregersson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Fjälkinge BF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
