The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Claes Dalgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The attack was good, but when Henry Alrot in the 10th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Nils Ek came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Klövedal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils Ek couldn't finish the play. If Joachim Fagerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaf Wallengren kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Henry Alrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Gustaf Wallengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Joachim Fagerberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Aleksander Forss however easily saved by the left post. In the 20th minute, Claes Dalgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Nils Ek put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sten Igelström. Henry Alrot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Aleksander Forss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sten Igelström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Ek in the 28th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Claes Dalgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klövedal's supporters rose to their feet, but Claes Dalgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sten Igelström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sten Igelström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Ek, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 39th minute, Nils Ek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Claes Dalgren notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ridak FC's Sten Igelström. Sten Igelström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aleksander Forss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Alrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. If Joachim Fagerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nils Ek made a kick off. Aleksander Forss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Alrot in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Henry Alrot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ridak FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Henry Alrot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aleksander Forss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the match, Klövedal's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Fagerberg came free, but Aleksander Forss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Ek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Igelström having to interfere. After some careless play in the Klövedal defense, Henry Alrot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aleksander Forss. The Klövedal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aleksander Forss should have stopped the shot. Claes Dalgren struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Sten Igelström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Klövedal. In the 74th minute, Gustaf Wallengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joachim Fagerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ridak FC booed when Klövedal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Wallengren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sten Igelström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Ek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Joachim Fagerberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ridak FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Nils Ek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sten Igelström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
