Alfons Gustafsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morgan Soned having to interfere. With a little luck, Rosenfors IFK's Morgan Soned got control of the ball when Peder Ahlfors tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Bror Sundling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, Tottenham Hotspurs's Peder Ahlfors dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Alfons Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tottenham Hotspurs's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfons Gustafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Morgan Soned breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rosenfors IFK's Morgan Soned proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Rosenfors IFK from getting a goal against them. Morgan Soned made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vidar Björnsson in the 19th minute of play. Tim Gustavsson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Peder Ahlfors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morgan Soned having to interfere. Robert Johnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tim Gustavsson in the 30th minute of the match. Peder Ahlfors's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Morgan Soned read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Alfons Gustafsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Morgan Soned tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Åke Håkansson in the 39th minute of play forced Tottenham Hotspurs's goalkeeper Robert Johnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Bror Sundling fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Morgan Soned, passed just outside the right post. Morgan Soned was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Bror Sundling capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bror Sundling really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Alfons Gustafsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Morgan Soned. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfons Gustafsson ran back to his position shaking his head. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per-Åke Håkansson made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Alfons Gustafsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Morgan Soned. Rosenfors IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfons Gustafsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The supporters of Tottenham Hotspurs booed when Rosenfors IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Åke Håkansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfons Gustafsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morgan Soned having to interfere. Sakarias Biörkman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Robert Johnsson made a huge save. In the 62nd minute, Elias Tunberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Morgan Soned was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After a rather tough play, Tottenham Hotspurs's Peder Ahlfors got a free kick in the 65th minute. Morgan Soned made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Sundling in the 71st minute of play. Gottfrid Billvall's late challenge caught a Rosenfors IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gottfrid Billvall helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tottenham Hotspurs getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Gottfrid Billvall hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Hannes Brummer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosenfors IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hannes Brummer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Johnsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Morgan Soned took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bror Sundling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Alfons Gustafsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bror Sundling came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Tottenham Hotspurs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bror Sundling couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Rosenfors IFK's zone, Alfons Gustafsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Morgan Soned came out of the goal and Alfons Gustafsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peder Ahlfors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morgan Soned having to interfere. Alfons Gustafsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Morgan Soned tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peder Ahlfors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morgan Soned having to interfere. Tottenham Hotspurs walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
