Sundborn FF's Anders Sjögren got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, Bunkeflostrand BF's Leif Isaksson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernst Billström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Sundborn FF's Bengt Carlsson got a free kick in the 10th minute. Ernst Billström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Grönlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Bunkeflostrand BF getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Patrik Eliasson hit a great ball. With a little luck, Bunkeflostrand BF's Aron Nyström got control of the ball when George Shaw tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Isaksson in the 20th minute of play forced Sundborn FF's goalkeeper Ernst Billström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Emil Grönlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Billström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leif Isaksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernst Billström having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Bunkeflostrand BF's goalkeeper Aron Nyström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt Carlsson. When Sundborn FF's George Shaw in 31 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Aron Nyström guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Aron Nyström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Sjögren in the 33rd minute of play. Leif Isaksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernst Billström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Sundborn FF getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bengt Carlsson hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Egon Pihlgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Anders Sjögren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Anders Sjögren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The wind increased when Anders Sjögren made the kick off in the second half. Ernst Billström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emil Grönlund in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sundborn FF's zone, Leif Isaksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernst Billström came out of the goal and Leif Isaksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Christer Hedlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sundborn FF's Ernst Billström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Isaksson in the 62nd minute of play. Leif Isaksson kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Aron Nyström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Shaw, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The supporters of Bunkeflostrand BF booed when Sundborn FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingmar Hedström didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Isaksson in the 70th minute of play forced Sundborn FF's goalkeeper Ernst Billström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernst Billström made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Emil Grönlund sent off a good shot on target. Ernst Billström was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Leif Isaksson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leif Isaksson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Isaksson in the 77th minute of play forced Sundborn FF's goalkeeper Ernst Billström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute Patrik Eliasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Billström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of Bunkeflostrand BF echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Sundborn FF had held the ball for most of the match.
