RAUX IMT FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andréas Brandt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Andréas Brandt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anders Söderqvist was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. RAUX IMT FC's Anders Söderqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig Ahlroht in the 17th minute of play. After 27 minutes, Urban Mikaelsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RAUX IMT FC and the Nerazzurri players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to RAUX IMT FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Urban Mikaelsson hit a great ball. RAUX IMT FC's Anders Söderqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andréas Brandt in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Nerazzurri booed when RAUX IMT FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urban Mikaelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Ahlroht in the 48th minute of play forced RAUX IMT FC's goalkeeper Anders Söderqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robin Caspersson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind RAUX IMT FC's goalkeeper Anders Söderqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Ahlroht in the 64th minute of play forced RAUX IMT FC's goalkeeper Anders Söderqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Erik Ek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robin Caspersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute Robin Caspersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Ek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Robin Caspersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, RAUX IMT FC's Urban Mikaelsson got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Nerazzurri supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nerazzurri would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
