If Anders Almkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal fc's zone, Börge Klementsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohammad Grant came out of the goal and Börge Klementsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robert Lepisk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Melker Lindgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Robert Lepisk slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 76th minute. The supporters of Arsenal fc booed when Röane FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Bergman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Arsenal fc's Robert Lepisk, in the 81st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal fc. 91 minutes into the game, Ian Hjeltman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arsenal fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Röane FC the free kick. 90 minutes into the game, one of Arsenal fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Anders Almkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Mohammad Grant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Arsenal fc got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Gombal. Röane FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Arsenal fc had controlled the match.
