The shot was stopped by Casper Skräddare but with some difficulty. Krister Strömbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Dahlquist in the 29th minute of play. Daniel Nyqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sjöbo IF's Johannes Sjöberg got a free kick in the 35th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With his leg Krister Strömbom managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Vallentuna's Daniel Nyqvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Charles Aronsson kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Vilhelm Gallberg fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vallentuna's protests and gave Vilhelm Gallberg a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Vallentuna:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sjöbo IF:s goal. The referee gave Sjöbo IF a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Johannes Sjöberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vallentuna's Casper Skräddare. 1-0. 67 minutes into the match, Sjöbo IF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Dahlquist came free, but Krister Strömbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Vallentuna's goal looked a bit too open when Jarl Tidén came free, but Casper Skräddare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sjöbo IF's goalkeeper Krister Strömbom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sven Dahlquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sven Dahlquist was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Vallentuna's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jarl Tidén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Casper Skräddare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
