Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Blixten's Sverker Wahlnäs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Boguslaw Dresik came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Bergkvara IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boguslaw Dresik couldn't finish the play. Oskar Nordlander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sverker Wahlnäs in the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Blixten getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Tommy Hjortsberg hit a great ball. After 20 played minutes Blixten got a freekick which was hit by Sverker Wahlnäs. With a little luck, Bergkvara IFK's Oskar Nordlander got control of the ball when Sverker Wahlnäs tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Bergkvara IFK booed when Blixten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Damm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blixten's Henrik Nyström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Brovall in the 34th minute of play. Henrik Nyström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boguslaw Dresik in the 35th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boguslaw Dresik in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrik Nyström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the game, Bergkvara IFK's Boguslaw Dresik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henrik Nyström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Blixten's Sten Hellström got a free kick in the 50th minute. Henrik Nyström was a little too slow when Albin Brovall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sverker Wahlnäs in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oskar Nordlander saved Bergkvara IFK from getting behind. Teobald Chazen kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Henrik Nyström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Tănase, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Blixten's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Albin Brovall scored to the left of an out of position Henrik Nyström, making the score, 0-3. Bergkvara IFK made a substitution. Fred Häger replaced Valentin Tănase. If Boguslaw Dresik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 92 minutes, Fred Häger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bergkvara IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fred Häger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bergkvara IFK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
