A collision led to Slottsbron IK getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Karl-Åke Tham hit a great ball. bara gif's Martin Sandwall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Lindström in the 23rd minute of play. Clifford Zangger's late challenge caught a Slottsbron IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clifford Zangger helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes bara gif got a freekick which was hit by Clifford Zangger. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Lindström in the 28th minute of play forced bara gif's goalkeeper Martin Sandwall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Slottsbron IK booed when bara gif was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvar Sillén didn't get a good kick on the ball. Richard Lindström might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Martin Sandwall. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard Lindström to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Slottsbron IK's goal looked a bit too open when Andréas Hägert came free, but Urban Hägg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on bara gif's corner Alvar Sillén fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Urban Hägg quite easily take care of the ball.
