Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Karl-Ove Wallander started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Mårdaklev BK's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Edvin Hjälm came free, but Rikard Svanér reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Edvin Hjälm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rikard Svanér having to interfere. Egil Arvidsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rikard Svanér. Mårdaklev BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Mårdaklev BK's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Edvin Hjälm came free, but Rikard Svanér reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rikard Svanér didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carl Arenius went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Mårdaklev BK's Rikard Svanér proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Mårdaklev BK from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Degerfors FF's Sven-Edvin Hjälm slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rikard Svanér. That made the score 2-0 after 28 minutes of play. When Carl Arenius came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Degerfors FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carl Arenius couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mårdaklev BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Örjan Bremming was slow to take the kick. During this time Degerfors FF's players had a chance to rest. Leonard Beckström tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Rikard Svanér. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-0 in the 37th minute. After a rather tough play, Mårdaklev BK's Robert Lidman got a free kick in the 41st minute. 4-0 became the score in the 46th minute when Carl Arenius elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sven-Edvin Hjälm made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Edvin Hjälm in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rikard Svanér saved Mårdaklev BK from getting behind. Rikard Svanér made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Arenius in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Degerfors FF getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Sven-Edvin Hjälm hit a great ball. Rikard Svanér showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Hjälm in the 72nd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Sven-Edvin Hjälm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rikard Svanér. Mårdaklev BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sven-Edvin Hjälm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. The supporters of Mårdaklev BK booed when Degerfors FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egil Arvidsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carl Arenius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Rikard Svanér tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Mårdaklev BK's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Edvin Hjälm came free, but Rikard Svanér reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robert Lidman's late challenge caught a Degerfors FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Lidman helped the player get up and apologised. If Carl Arenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Arenius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Rikard Svanér tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rikard Svanér made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Hjälm in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute Carl Arenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rikard Svanér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rikard Svanér showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Hjälm, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Degerfors FF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
