Wilhelm Dahlquist's late challenge caught a Cocacola Football Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patric Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Fredric Lund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 6 played minutes Cocacola Football Stars got a freekick which was hit by Frank Johansson. With a little luck, Åsunden's Fredric Lund got control of the ball when Rutger Asserlind tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erik Carlsson scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michel Matorin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Rutger Asserlind had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivar Pihlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michel Matorin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yngve Hellkvist in the 21st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Cocacola Football Stars defense, Erik Carlsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michel Matorin. The Cocacola Football Stars fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michel Matorin should have stopped the shot. Michel Matorin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Dahlquist in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Vilgot Backman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Vilgot Backman took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Michel Matorin to make any attempt to save it. 59 minutes into the match, Cocacola Football Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Yngve Hellkvist came free, but Michel Matorin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Björling in the 62nd minute of play forced Cocacola Football Stars's goalkeeper Michel Matorin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Åsunden's Erik Carlsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Michel Matorin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vilgot Backman in the 71st minute. In the 71st minute, Rutger Asserlind hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
