When Åke Wiman fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malmköping's protests and gave Åke Wiman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Malmköping getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Åke Wiman hit a great ball. If Viggo Vallgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomasz Fikuss short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Elof Stenman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Tomasz Fikus sped through Sveg FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elof Stenman. Malmköping's Jens Jonasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Brodin in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute Felix Brodin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Jonasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Tomasz Fikus sped through Sveg FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elof Stenman. In the 35th minute, one of Malmköping:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Malmköping. Jens Jonasson went to the wrong direction when Otto Lundin was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Jens Jonasson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Brodin went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Malmköping's Jens Jonasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Åman in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 51st match minute, Sveg FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Greger Åhlberg to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Verner Wahlström got free with Jens Jonasson in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 58 minutes into the match, Malmköping's goalkeeper Jens Jonasson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Brodin. The audience thought a goal was coming when Verner Wahlström got free with Jens Jonasson in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Malmköping's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Greger Åhlberg scored to the left of an out of position Jens Jonasson, making the score, 2-2. In the 84thth minute of the game Tomasz Fikus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sveg FF's Elof Stenman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Verner Wahlström did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-3 to the left of a surprised Jens Jonasson 86 minutes into the match. Jens Jonasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Greger Åhlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sveg FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
