Karl-Åke Albäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingmar Classon shot a long shot in the 4th minute and a light blocked Jim Åström hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 1-0. Leonard Uter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kim Kvarnström, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Svaneholm's Marthin Trolleborg got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Kim Kvarnström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonard Uter was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 24th minute, Daniel Larsfält left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alunda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Leonard Uter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Bratt, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Kvarnström in the 29th minute of play forced Svaneholm's goalkeeper Leonard Uter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Svaneholm's goal looked a bit too open when Pelle Galle came free, but Leonard Uter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svaneholm's Leonard Uter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Bratt in the 37th minute of play. Olov Alefors's late challenge caught a Svaneholm's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olov Alefors helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Alunda:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Svaneholm:s goal. Ingmar Classon shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 2-2 became the score in the 43rd minute when Marthin Trolleborg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Alunda's goalkeeper Jim Åström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marthin Trolleborg. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Svaneholm's Ingmar Classon got a free kick in the 55th minute. Leonard Uter made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Pelle Galle sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th match minute, Alunda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Åke Albäck to maneuver through the defense. Svaneholm's Ingmar Classon couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Alunda. Jim Åström came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Svaneholm's Marthin Trolleborg. But to his dismay, Marthin Trolleborg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. In the 69th minute, Marthin Trolleborg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Svaneholm fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. Alunda's Olov Alefors got his second yellow card of the match in the 74th minute. The referee ordered Olov Alefors off the ground. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Alunda:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Svaneholm:s goal. Leonard Uter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Bratt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Nils-Erik Alegren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Åke Albäck was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 87th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Pelle Galle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Leonard Uter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marthin Trolleborg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl Bratt got free with Leonard Uter in the 100th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the Alunda players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Svaneholm.
