Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Brian Flink took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Flink in the 2nd minute of play forced Thorntwig SS's goalkeeper Martin Hellbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd minute Brian Flink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Hellbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4th minute, Thorntwig SS's Karl-Axel Bock ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Bäck. Jonathan Bäck yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Henning Andersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Hellbom having to interfere. Gösta Joensson struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Martin Hellbom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nacka FF. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Henning Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacka FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Henning Andersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Hellbom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karl-Axel Bock could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Jonathan Bäck made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Thorntwig SS's zone, Brian Flink stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Hellbom came out of the goal and Brian Flink tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th match minute, Nacka FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikael Olsson to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Thorntwig SS's Karl-Axel Bock got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Brian Flink got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Brian Flink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Greger Vallin made a kick off. Thorntwig SS's Martin Hellbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henning Andersson in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Thorntwig SS's Johnny Sundström got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Martin Hellbom was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Brian Flink showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 66 minute of play. Martin Hellbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Flink in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Greger Vallin made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Bäck. Nacka FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 79th minute, Greger Vallin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Thorntwig SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Claes Bergdal put in a rough tackle. Thorntwig SS's Petter Sundberg was substituted for Karl-Axel Bock. Thorntwig SS made a substitution. Jan-Erik Dalström replaced Krister Ödmann. In the 87th minute, one of Thorntwig SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Thorntwig SS. After 93 minutes, Mikael Olsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nacka FF and the Thorntwig SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th match minute, Nacka FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikael Olsson to maneuver through the defense. Brian Flink sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
