Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alvar Askelöf made the kick off which started today's match. Lucjan Kaczor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johannes Blomkvist went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Viktor Brenner's late challenge caught a Lyckeby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viktor Brenner helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of Holm:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lyckeby:s goal. In the 21st minute, Oskar Hellqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Johannes Blomkvist came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Holm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johannes Blomkvist couldn't finish the play. Alvar Askelöf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Rolf Lykke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lyckeby's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolf Lykke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Gunnarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Ivarsson during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Holm getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Simon Ivarsson hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolf Lykke was the one to do the kick off. Vidar Engström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Gunnarsson having to interfere. Tord Ahlrot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucjan Kaczor having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Holm's zone, Rolf Lykke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Gunnarsson came out of the goal and Rolf Lykke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Tord Ahlrot fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holm's protests and gave Tord Ahlrot a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lyckeby booed when Holm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Ahlrot didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Lyckeby's goal looked a bit too open when Alvar Askelöf came free, but Lucjan Kaczor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucjan Kaczor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tord Ahlrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paul Bruhn hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Paul Bruhn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oskar Hellqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Lucjan Kaczor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucjan Kaczor came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Holm's Tord Ahlrot. But to his dismay, Tord Ahlrot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 87th minute Stellan Grep shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Kaczor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paul Bruhn hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Lucjan Kaczor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvar Askelöf in the 91st minute of the match. Gösta Broman hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When Viktor Brenner came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Holm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viktor Brenner couldn't finish the play. Tord Ahlrot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Lucjan Kaczor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Holm fully deserved thier win.
