Stig Kilström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Erling Backman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stig Kilström made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Malte Broberg sent off a good shot on target. Erling Backman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Kilström having to interfere. André Glad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Malte Broberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stig Kilström. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. After having played for 19 minutes, Sture Linquist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bjuråker's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sture Linquist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Malte Broberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stig Kilström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Malte Broberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Malte Broberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stig Kilström came out and tried to block the shot, but Malte Broberg slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 27th minute. Stig Kilström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Malte Broberg's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Sture Linquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erland Beneth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Linquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, Erling Backman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Stig Kilström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Ulrik Holmstedt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Erland Beneth made a huge save. In the 57th minute, Sture Linquist fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Erland Beneth, passed just outside the right post. In the 59th minute, Alex Lindberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bjuråker's Stig Kilström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erling Backman in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, August Forsberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bjuråker's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brunskog the free kick. After 63 played minutes Bjuråker got a freekick which was hit by August Forsberg. Stig Kilström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Glad, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Brunskog's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Linquist came free, but Erland Beneth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Brunskog fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Brunskog's Malte Broberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Malte Broberg sped through Bjuråker's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stig Kilström. Erling Backman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Kilström having to interfere. When Erling Backman came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Brunskog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erling Backman couldn't finish the play. Brunskog's Erland Beneth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sture Linquist in the 96th minute of play. Stig Kilström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Målare in the 99th minute of the match.
