Tobias Vik's late challenge caught a The Fattest of Men's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Vik helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Svanesund's Tobias Vik got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Johannes Åkerström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for The Fattest of Men! The goalkeeper, Tomás Garcia, was totally fooled by Svanesund's Timmy Ekeberg, who 16 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 21 played minutes Svanesund got a freekick which was hit by Edvard Stålberg. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Timmy Ekeberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Svanesund's supporters rose to their feet, but Timmy Ekeberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Svanesund's Hans Håkansson got a free kick in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, The Fattest of Men's Vsevolod Gunchak got a free kick in the 27th minute. Johannes Bergkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Tomás Garcia made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oskar Tinglöv to make the kick off. The Fattest of Men's Tomás Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pål Forsberg in the 59th minute of play. Tomás Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The Fattest of Men's attentive Henric Alkvist managed to snatch the ball when Pål Forsberg made a throw-in in the 71st minute of the game. If Henric Alkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oskar Tinglöv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Svanesund's Timmy Ekeberg in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Svanesund were victorious despite being under pressure from The Fattest of Men for much of the match.
