Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Alvar Abrahamsson fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ekenässjöns IF's protests and gave Alvar Abrahamsson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ekenässjöns IF getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Alvar Abrahamsson hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leopoldo Arotza in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christoffer Ekgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernt Skarkman kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Nils-Erik Skog didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 19th minute. Ekenässjöns IF's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After a rather tough play, Ekenässjöns IF's George Falkrans got a free kick in the 21st minute. Ekenässjöns IF's Christoffer Ekgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Arotza in the 23rd minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Alby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvin Åhlberg to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Alby booed when Ekenässjöns IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Strömberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th play minute Nils-Erik Skog came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised John Öberg. 2-0. After some careless play in the Ekenässjöns IF defense, Bernt Skarkman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christoffer Ekgren. The Ekenässjöns IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christoffer Ekgren should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Alby made a substitution. Alex Nordkvist replaced Per-Åke Öberg. Alby's Petter Hagström was substituted for Ingvar Gregersson . The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nils-Erik Skog was the one to do the kick off. Leopoldo Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nils-Erik Skog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Eddie Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Ekenässjöns IF's goalkeeper Christoffer Ekgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Arotza. Christoffer Ekgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Söderqvist in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Gustaf Strömberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. John Öberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Alby's Gottfrid Blomqvist got a free kick in the 80th minute. Christoffer Ekgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gottfrid Blomqvist in the 84th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Arotza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christoffer Ekgren. Leopoldo Arotza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. After having played for 96 minutes, Leopoldo Arotza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Arotza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
