Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jimmy Jespersson started the match with the kick off. In the 3rdth minute of the game Einar Ahlroth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vintrosa's Tom Gallberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 11 played minutes Kolbergs FF got a freekick which was hit by Georg Nordström. Svante Åkerström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute Svante Åkerström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Söder's late challenge caught a Kolbergs FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. John Söder helped the player get up and apologised. Alf Jakobsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Svante Åkerström went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Kolbergs FF's Einar Ahlroth got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Kolbergs FF's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmy Jespersson came free, but Alf Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match Vintrosa got a corner. Kolbergs FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Simon Samuelsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 37 minutes of play, Vintrosa's Jimmy Jespersson made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alf Jakobsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Jimmy Jespersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Vintrosa's Svante Åkerström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alf Jakobsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Kolbergs FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vintrosa were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Einar Ahlroth made a kick off. If Jimmy Jespersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th match minute, Kolbergs FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conny Uggla to maneuver through the defense. Alf Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Jespersson in the 70th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Svante Åkerström got free with Alf Jakobsson in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kennet Bratt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Einar Ahlroth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Gallberg having to interfere. Alf Jakobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmy Jespersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When Tobias Gunnarsson fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kolbergs FF's protests and gave Tobias Gunnarsson a yellow card for diving instead. Tobias Gunnarsson hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 87 played minutes Vintrosa got a freekick which was hit by John Söder. In the 88thth minute of the game Kennet Bratt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vintrosa's Tom Gallberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tom Gallberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tord Vennerlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Kennet Bratt came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Kolbergs FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kennet Bratt couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vintrosa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
