Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Bengt-Åke Alström made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Christer Hafström sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, Krusboda Strand FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Elg came free, but Bengt-Åke Alström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christer Hafström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 17 played minutes Krusboda Strand FC got a freekick which was hit by Adam Wiman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Elg in the 18th minute of play forced Krusboda Strand FC's goalkeeper Bengt-Åke Alström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christer Hafström got free with Bengt-Åke Alström in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patrik Johnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Ambjörnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Krusboda Strand FC's Bengt-Åke Alström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Krusboda Strand FC from getting a goal against them. Krusboda Strand FC's Bengt-Åke Alström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Elg in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute Roger Elg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Åke Alström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christer Hafström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Bengt-Åke Alström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 38 played minutes Sandsjöfors FK got a freekick which was hit by Ove Spets. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kevin Ambjörnsson in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrik Johnsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roger Elg to strike the kick off in the second half. Adam Wiman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevin Ambjörnsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Patrik Johnsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bengt-Åke Alström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Elg in the 69th minute of play. Krusboda Strand FC's Leif Utfal was substituted for Kevin Ambjörnsson. After having played for 73 minutes, Dario Franceschelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Krusboda Strand FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dario Franceschelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 78th minute Roger Elg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Åke Alström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Christer Hafström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sandsjöfors FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 97th minute of the match Ove Spets sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bengt-Åke Alström skillfully saved the ball. Many of Krusboda Strand FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Krusboda Strand FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Sandsjöfors FK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
